What is blood pressure?
Blood pressure is defined as the strength with the blood is hitting blood vessels during his flow through all cardiovascular system.
The pressure will depend on the blood vessels diameter and other chemical factors, however, the most important cause is associated with high blood pressure family history.
It is considered a normal blood pressure when, at the moment of measuring it, a person has 120/80mmhg, it means that all blood pressure up or under this value should be studied in order to determine causes and starts an early treatment as soon as possible.
What are the high blood pressure effects?
A high blood pressure can affect the whole functioning of the cardiovascular system causing severe damage to the brain, heart, and lungs.

2. If you have blurred sight, pain chest, dizziness, you must go to the emergency room as soon as possible.
3. If you have a family history of high blood pressure and have palpitations, severe headache, retinal hemorrhage, or paralysis you have to call 911 or go emergency room immediately.
