Could be defined your health status by your attitude?

Too much it has said about how our attitude can define our successful level or even our interpersonal relationships, however, recent tendencies have reported that the impact of a positive attitude would be a protective factor to address diseases linked to stress, anxiety, and depression because individuals would be focused not only in rough circumstances (that as all we know most of the times they are unavoidable or unexpected) but, they will have their sight set on a positive perspective about of what they are going through it is with a purpose and it will end well.


Changing these thought patterns regarding hopeless ideas, and sadness status would help to modify attitudes and, finally, behaviors that would influence the people point of view, recognizing that no matter how many difficulties they have, most of them are temporaries and could change for better from one moment to another. It is a costless strategy to improve people health using their own tools to overcome their own challenges.


The change of attitude comes after individual learns how can address their own load of stress, as we know sometimes is unavoidable to feel stress, but, the proper strategy is about of how we can deal it, the first step to do it is recognizing that whatever we are going through is temporary, it is not permanent and how much positive we can see it then will determine better results. It is not guaranteed how much time we can spend in the middle of difficulties, but one thing is for sure, if you decide to dance under the storm and to learn one day at a time about that experience, you will develop the ability to overcome every situation without negative impact on your health and, finally, can help to others to develop that ability too.


Changing attitudes is a decision that comes after the real understanding about what is happening, why for, what do I need to do at the moment, uncertainty is one the most challenging sensations that threaten our mind and thoughts because none person likes the inability of not know what comes after or if it will be good or bad, and even worse how can I deal with it.


The self-confidence, motivation, optimism could be the elements necessaries to help change attitudes avoiding the release of neuro-substances linked to the stress that would affect the people health in a long term. As better our thoughts can be then the body will release happiness neuro-substances that would contribute to improving organism wellness.

In short, it is possible to say that a simple change of attitude can really help with emotional health issues that could be triggering on severe damages to cardiovascular and neurological system at the end.
