How much time are you spending for yourself?

Nowadays is very difficult to say that we have enough time for everything, or even to spend in ourselves. However, it is strongly recommended that intentionally be focused on spending at least one hour per day to do something that brings us pleasure, regardless of how busy our agendas could be, we need to be aware of the need to set aside time for us and to do activities that bring us relaxation, peace, and wellness at the end.


Most of the people recognize the need to spend a time to them, but at the same time recognize that it is almost impossible to take time to spare when there are most important things to make and the priorities order does not really match with what needs. It is very important to know that the priorities order in our lives it is established by the level of awareness about some activities we have, for example, if we are aware of the importance to sleep well, we will spend time looking for a better quality of sleeping increasing the time to do it.


In a perfect world this possibility could be done without setbacks, however, it is not a secret for anybody that we are looking for time to do basic things during the day and the truth is we do not have the time to perform activities like those because the same reason, we do not have time, we are very busy to do it, or, even worse, we underestimate the importance of doing it.


What could be a compelling reason to persuade people to spend time on them, at least one hour per day? The first one is at the extent people spend time in activities that truly enjoyed they are ensuring less stress, better health, and a better life in the end. When individuals dedicate time to do recreational activities, share with friends, or even go to the gym are increasing their neuro-substances related to pleasure and relaxation, ensuring at the same time a wellness state that contributes to improving their interpersonal relationships enhancing their self-esteem and quality of life.


It is not for coincidence that increasingly people are involved in spend time with themselves, because they have understood that is not a thing that you do when you have time, but it is something that you have to do because your overall health, your emotional, and your social health, are directly proportional to the time you are spending for you and the results are known publicly, persons more balanced, more effective, less reactive, less sensitive and more practical, more assertive and definitely more happier….


As consequence to spend more time alone doing activities that improve our mood state allowing to meditate on those things that we know needs to be enhanced will facilitate even our personal growing process bringing more satisfying experiences in the long run.
