Nowadays could be almost impossible for somebodies spend the time to do physical activities or even to prepare fruit juices, or perhaps cook steamed vegetables because the much narrowed schedules do not allow doing it. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services are committed to improving people’s health based on prevention more than treating sickness, these creative strategies are a sample that it is completely possible to reduce chronic diseases by the prevention and even increase life expectancy with a better quality per year of life.
