How to use water for healing us

Everybody knows the evidenced benefits of water; ancient reports have described its properties but really it could heal us? The human body is composed of at least sixty percent by water being an unbeatable component of all metabolic and chemical process inside human bodies. The kidneys will stop their normal functioning if the water was missing and the composition of corporal fluids would be lost if this precious component would not show up.
Being an almost perfect component of human body wellness and particularly indispensable to normal body functioning, why is so underestimated and even scorned? Many people describe water as unpleasant need and they say that water flavor most of the times is difficult to manage, that it is preferable to substitute it by other flavored liquids as juices, sodas, tea or coffee, but the truth is that none of the components that beverages described before have can compare them with the simple but important water components.
The explanation is due to high amount of sugars and chemicals that these pre-elaborated and artificial beverages have, along to its harmful effects when are consumed regularly, most of the times having as consequence severe damages to important organs as the kidney, liver and brain. Water has the property to hydrate every human body cell and reduce high concentrations of harmful chemical as result of unhealthy eating habits, additionally can restore hydro-electrolytic equilibrium in case of fluids loss and even keep good functioning of balance between sodium, potassium inside blood vessels. The anti-aging properties of water are well-known for reducing the effects of free radicals and collagen fibers restoration in the skin.
There is enough information regarding of drinking water benefits since ancient civilizations were well-known the enormous potential of water even when many of them did not know its chemical composition. Many names are adjudicated to water, miraculous liquid, source of eternal life, precious liquid and so on, but even today we can find that drinking water is still a need unexplored although all of us know the importance of it, for that reason, we have stated the following question: do we really know why drinking water is important?.
Some researchers have studied the evidence-based properties of drinking water and have found a strong relationship between drinking water and weight loss, better mood, and better performance in everyday activities; they said that increasingly people who are working in to get better health are being persuaded of the need to increase their water intake changing their lifestyles doing physical activities, eating healthy choices to get true quality of life.
Drinking water help to recover the normal body functioning in a faster way after aggressive virus exposure and infectious diseases, helping to perform normal activities of essential systems as the cardiovascular and endocrine-metabolic at least in part during chronic diseases, likewise, drinking water could help to manage stressful situations improving digestive system functioning facilitating the elimination of stool bacterial decomposition and uric acid, urea, and other excretion products of metabolism during micturition.
We are continuously water losing during normal body processes such as skin evaporation, breathing, urine and stool, that is why we have to replace the fluid loses to get better health recovering it from any illness process that body suffers also, in this sense, drinking water has the peculiarity of helping to heal us strengthening immunological and chemical process that is defending the human body of viruses, and infectious processes from inside. The human body needs the optimum cell functioning and this optimum level only is got it by an adequate tissue hydration.
There are many studies that have described the amount of water that people have to drink, they say that at eight glass of water per day would be fine, other sources say that 1.5 to 2 liters of water could satisfy the normal human body functioning, but, the key to recommend the proper amount of water that people have to drink will depend also of how much fluids an individual can lose during the day having into account that the regulation system of liquids intake will depend in turn of the hypothalamic system who is responsible for making you feel thirsty or sated.
In short, drinking water is an easy, free, and comfortable way to get better health and adopting it as a habit, could save us money, time, reducing the need to take medication as well spend time on hospitalization days meanly by preventable illness causes.
