It is impressive how in the middle of our busy day our own lives are staying on the side of the road, it looks like as if we do not have time to think in ourselves and the things that really we like it, we are living to survive in the middle of a concrete jungle to pay bills trying to save money thinking anxiously in the future.


The situation is that during that time many years have passed and our health starts to be affected, overwhelming situations to solve and insufficient time are dominating our environment affecting many times our emotions avoiding to perform our daily activities in an optimal way because from the inside we are not satisfied enough.


When people are not satisfied enough or are apparently unhappy is able to live in an automatic way getting old without hope and even worse without the knowledge about their life purpose. Some researchers are dedicated to finding the reason why increasingly people are discouraged, families broken, domestic violence, depression, addictions etc.; one explanation is that individuals are not taking time to themselves, time to enjoy one sunset, or maybe a sunrise, but in fact, nobody has time to take seat closing eyes and feel the wind on their faces, they recommend that we need spend time alone with ourselves to be better for us and for others.


A famous philosopher said that we need to spend time alone first to be ready for spending time with others, the reflection times have the ability to dig deeper in our most dark corners and give us the opportunity to analyze the aspects that definitely we need to change. When we talk about changes many people is get frightened, but the truth is that the changes are good to be better and enjoy a healthy and a productive life.


Get rid old thoughts about our underestimated worth could be the first step to achieve goals that probably have been forgotten in the past improving our self-esteem and self-confidence. Enjoy your day is a really personal initiative because depends of our will, it is our decision enjoy the day, it starts when we change the concept of a perfect day and assume that whatever we live during this day be positive or negative will be for good and that an experience itself will represent for sure a learning process that undoubtedly we have to live.


Enjoy your day implies take what the day is offering to you regardless of what you are expecting. The decision to enjoy your day is intrinsically related with your health because when you decide to be content whatever your situation is without complaint your body is in harmony with your emotions and has the opportunity of improving what you are not enjoying at least giving positive contributions to get an environment better during that day.


This article is not about to persuade you that you are on a blindness state and we have the solution, neither is not means that even when you are getting through awful situations do not feel anything and apparently you live frozen without feelings or emotions, it is not the idea, this article means the need to be contented even when you have the half-empty glass waiting that someday will be filled, otherwise, your health will be affected to the extent your attitude does not improve.


How the human beings can manage their emotions determine how successful a person can be because when the emotions are under control you have the ability to see clearly what decision you have to take and of what things you need to get rid. Your mind is always reinforced by positive thoughts that come from a person who is in a healthy balance because has learned to enjoy his day.


There many scientific explanations that support the importance to choose to be contented or happy, but the most important is that when you choose to be happy over yourself the results are astonishing. Some researchers have described better cardiovascular functioning and better neurovegetatitive response because there are an important amount of chemical substances running into blood vessels given to body a deep sensation of wellness. Endorphins have been related to happiness moments and some kind of food also, but the most important is the conviction that we have decided to enjoy our day no matter what is happening, enjoy the day will ensure be better from inside to reflect wellness outside and build better relationships what is an important part of health, because when we are happy we are building a better health one block at a time.
